  • Meet Emily

Hi Friends!  I’m Emily and I’ve been with ISG since 2020.  I was very fortunate to be able to stay at home to raise our 3 boys for over 15 years!  Think, June Cleaver with a side of Snoop Dogg…hahaha!   My husband, Brock, was actually our sons’ school principal from Kindergarten through 8th grade. So we have always found a way to be really close to our boys!  After many years of teaching, coaching and being an administrator, Brock made the decision to retire his education hat and joined the ISG family soon after!  We absolutely LOVE being able to work together, although, Brock is typically at our shop and my office is currently at home.  Our son Colin is attending Boise State and Ethan and Andrew are students at Bishop Kelly High School, all three work at our shop too…so dreamy!  A true family business, as it has always been and we are so grateful to be able to carry on that legacy!

I honestly didn’t see myself returning to the workforce, but I had an unexpected opportunity to partner with the Brady Family and I’m notorious for saying “yes” and pretty good at walking through doors.  My genuine love for people, hospitality, building relationships, and slight obsession with talking to strangers, has made my primary role as Sales and Relationships Manager a natural fit!  Acts of Service is my love language, and service is the very heart of our business! Life is all about how you make people feel, right?  What’s important to you is important to us and creating a WOW experience for everyone we have the opportunity to work with is paramount!

I would describe myself as the most non-salesy salesperson.  To me, sales is really about building relationships, understanding needs and adding value . Helping people to create and expand brand awareness through custom-branded merch is my jam!  I love staying on top of trends and finding those little hidden gems that help you to represent your brand in the best possible way!  You’re probably familiar with the term “swag” (promotional/marketing items), right?  Fun-fact, SWAG is actually an acronym for “Stuff We All Get”. Pretty underwhelming way to describe branding and marketing efforts if you ask me.  Promotional products are a way to connect your brand to your customers in the way of gifting.  Let’s aim higher, dream bigger and make those gifts memorable…and keep your merch from going straight into the landfill!

Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me.  If you’re new to ISG, I can not wait to meet you and hope to curate an experience for you that will elevate your brand!  ♥️

  • Meet Brock

Hi there, I’m Brock! I’ve been at ISG since 2022, transitioning from a long career in education. After being a PE teacher, coach, elementary/middle school classroom teacher, Activities Director, and principal for 22 years, it was time to change things up a bit. I joined the ISG team, and feel right at home!

My wife, Emily, started at ISG a couple of years before I did, as our Sales and Relationship Manager. It’s been so exciting to go on this journey together. We now run the day to day operations of ISG Print & Embroidery, and have absolutely fallen in love with this team and business. We take great joy in working with people we are proud to call our friends, and helping our customers look and feel great in their custom apparel.

I love spending time with my family… Emily and I have three boys, and they all help us out at the shop, printing, cleaning and reclaiming screens, and any other jobs we throw their way! They’re great kids, all in high school or college. Each is on his way to doing amazing things, and we’re very proud parents.

We love to fish, camp, golf, go to concerts, and explore Idaho and our surrounding states. I grew up here in Valley (mostly), graduated from Notus, and then moved to Billings, MT, to go to school and play football. I became the luckiest man alive when I met my gorgeous wife while teaching and coaching in Montana. We moved back to the Boise area in 2006 and absolutely love this community… it’s been a fantastic home and place for us to raise our family.

Thank you for visiting, and we are so excited to work with you and make your dream branding become a reality!

  • Meet Beau

Hello! I’m Beau Kolar and I have been the Print Shop Manager at ISG Print and Embroidery for the last 9 years. I have worked in the screen printing industry for the last 21 years.

Before ISG, I worked at a company called Buck’s Bags Inc. where I gained a lot of valuable experience in printing, working alongside excellent screen printers. Before that I was employed at Micron Technology for 8 years as an Operator/Trainer. While at Micron, I gained experience in OJT and managing. I graduated from Horseshoe Bend High school in 1994.

My interests are listening to and playing music, as I’ve been playing drums for 35 years and drum for a couple bands in the area. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.

  • Meet Colin

Hey! I'm Colin Carpenter. I've been working at ISG for the last four years, mostly in the print area of the shop, and more recently I've taken on the role of Graphic Artist! I'm at my most comfortable when I have a problem to solve and time set out to solve it. I love working in the screen-printing and apparel industry.  My other passion is music!  I love the Boise music scene, and am currently involved in a couple of local projects.  I play the saxophone (baritone is my specialty) and bass guitar.  Other interests include video games and learning as much as I possibly can about anything that interests me! I've been enjoying my time at ISG and I'm excited to see where we go!
